Meryl Cooper

Meryl is an accomplished trail and ultra runner who has represented Great Britain internationally, as well as a passionate health coach, running coach, and teacher of physical education.
Hailing from Aberdeenshire, Meryl was previously a footballer. She started ultra running in 2017 and was selected to represent Great Britain & Northern Ireland at the World Trail Running Championships in 2019.
She went on to win the title of British Ultra-Trail Champion in July 2021 and represent her country in 2022 and 2023 at the World Mountain and Trail Running Championships, as well as at the 2024 European Off-Road Running Championships.
