Dr Chris Bramah
Chris is an experienced physiotherapist and biomechanics specialist that helps elite level athletes across a multitude of sports. With a PhD in biomechanics of running related injuries, he provides support to elite runners looking to reach their health and performance goals.
Initially, Chris started his career in Rugby League, before working with British Athletics and Team GB track and field athletes. He supported endurance athletes ahead of the Rio 2016 Olympic Games and the 2017 London World Championships, as well as for IAAF Diamond League events. Chris also continues to be especially active in clinical research, notably in the field of running related injuries. His academic work has been published widely and he has presented his research at national and international conferences.
Chris is a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy & Health Care Professions Council.
